We are a social enterprise bakery & eatery working directly with farmers to create a localised food network which is reflected in our seasonal and colourful menus. We are open for retail trade Wednesdays to Saturday but also offer catering services seven days a week. As a social enterprise we feed our profits back into community projects and soon a traineeship for young people. We can cater easily for corporate breakfasts, lunches, production catering cakes and afternoon teas. We would even be able to arrange for canape or private chef services if you were interested in hiring us for an evening event. Currently we are only able to offer a drop off service, however if you have crockery on site we are able to display for you and offer serving staff if needed. Everything we do is made on site in our bakery in Hackney Wick, including bread and soft drinks. All our sandwiches are assembled with our in-house sourdough made using heritage and non-commodity flours . Our cakes are all using the same heritage flours as our bread with locally sourced ingredients. Expect natural colouring and decoration with our celebration cakes. Choosing us for catering not only feeds back into small scale farming but profits from catering go into funding more of our community projects. All of our deliveries are made using eco modes of transport, for events based in London we use cargo bikes for delivery.
