Overnight Oats (vg)
Oats soaked overnight in Brambletye apple juice with toasted seeds and seasonal fruit.
Eggs & Rye
Eggs cooked and cured in a vegetable stock, seasonal greens and a homemade mayo with side of fresh rye bread and butter.
Bread & Jam
Freshly baked selection of our sourdough breads, butter, olive oil, creme fraiche and homemade jam
Sharing Sandwich Platter
We offer a selection of our three seasonal sandwiches as a platter for events. Our April sandwich fillings are: Fava Bean, Wild Garlic, Mushroom, Leek Cheddar, Curds, Beer Pickled Onion, Spinach Purple Sprouting Brocolli, Chilli & Wild Garlic, Labneh, Leek
We change our in-house salad every other week. They are filling, colourful and make use of the season's best produce. All our salads are vegan as standard. This week's salad as example: Green Lentils, Turmeric Roasted Cauliflower, Roasted Parsnips, Hazelnuts with a Mint & Coriander Dressing

Our celebration cakes come in three tiers as a standard in a 6", 8"or 12" round. We are able to make cakes gluten free on request, however please note we are a working bakery and so not suitable for anyone with coeliacs disease. Our April selection of flavours are: Chocolate Rye with Ganache & Cherry Blossoms (vg) Rhubarb, Tonka Bean Sponge & Vanilla Bean Buttercream Parsnip & Date with Sheep's Cheese Frosting
