BAO BUNS
Our speciality bao buns, freshly steamed in a bamboo steamed then served with a garlic and chilli slaw, fresh herbs, chilli and sesame seeds. We served these in a variety of fillings such as Korean fried chicken wok-fried pork belly Korean spiced jackfruit
KATSU CURRY
Our take on a Japanese classic, katsu curry. A bed of jasmine rice served with buttermilk fried chicken paired with a fragrant homemade coconut curry sauce, coriander and carrot and mooli pickle.
RICE BOWLS
One of our biggest sellers, rice bowls. Jasmine rice served with a garlic and chilli slaw, carrot and mooli pickle, cucumber and a soy stained egg.
