I set the business up in 2022 and the evolution has been remarkable, all funded by myself (and parents!) to hand build our gazebo, appearance, menu and recipes. Inspired by Italian food and my daughter, who absolutely loves pasta!
My team and I are passionate about pasta, but pasta done properly. We make all of our sauces from scratch, nothing from a jar and no processed foods. We also use authentic ingredients, whilst trying to use as many British supplies as we can. Italian inspired with British pride in resources. We also work to be as sustainable as we can with minimal plastic used, food waste composted at our home and sustainable cleaning options.
We have a brand new trailer inspired by my visit to Lake Garda and Limone (a stunning town). But we also have our gazebo set up, inspired by the Amalfi Coast. Everything I have built has taken a lot of creativity, thought and hard work!
We are always complimented on our customer service and our ability to meet the requirements of all customers. We have not turned a single person away from any event, something that we are proud of! We can cater to all allergies and preferences and our gluten-free customers are so grateful for what we can do for them!
We work at festivals, weddings, pop-ups, special events, corporate and we even run our own cooking classes for fresh pasta!
