The chef's special Jerk Chicken is made using a special blend jerk marinade that remains true to the authentic Jamaican jerk flavour. It is a big favourite amongst our customers both young and old. Our vibrant stall or buffet display is designed to make our food options visible to all. Our appealing BBQ/Jerk pans are celebrities in their field and the smell is an attraction of its own. We take pride in the appearance of our stall and food display; we are always improving our appearance and we are flexible and willing to make necessary adjustments to fit the ambiance of any event.
