About JERK NATION
• We are an American bbq smoke house inspired street food company with a twist of Jerk. Specializing in smoked boneless chicken and bay back pork ribs, all done in our authentic and homemade jerk rub and marinades. • We smoke our meats on the Traeger pellet fed smoker and finish on the chargrill Komodo ceramic egg. • Our chicken is Halal friendly! We are gluten free and have dairy free options, and we are currently working on some veggie and vegan options. • My goal is to provide freshly prepared authentic BBQ smoke house options and to level up Jerk! We top all our food with our homemade mango and pineapple salsa, picked chilli and habanero sauce.
