Lemon Squeezy

We are Lemon Squeezy and our goal is to combine the discipline of fine dining with the bold flavours of street food. At Lemon Squeezy we aim to showcase local produce and prove that great dishes don't need to be complicated. As a result, everything at Lemon Squeezy is about freshness, flavour and quality. We strive to use local produce and sustainable materials to serve up delicious food in the most honest way possible. We build our menus around the flavours from the Mediterranean and Middle East and always pack a citrus punch. Lemon Squeezy is the primary food enterprise of our head chef, Euan Casserly. Euan is ex-fine dining and a Scottish Street Food Award finalist. Euan is known for his creative, allergy-inclusive menus which allow us to cater to a wide audience. Lemon Squeezy is dairy, egg and nut free and we provide gluten free options where available. In our first year, Lemon Squeezy held a monthly residency at the Pittmarket and the Neighbourgood Market as well as attending some of Scotland's biggest events such as Doune the Rabbit Hole and the International Fringe Festival at George Square. We can't wait to bring our flatbreads to your event.
