Libertine launched as a street food van in 2017. Since then we’ve opened two bricks and mortar restaurants, launched a nationwide burger kit delivery service and served up burgers at some of the UK’s biggest festivals from our new, bigger van. We’ve won awards, received accolades and Libertine Burger has become synonymous with quality, great-tasting burgers. We’ve got big plans for the future, but wherever they take us one thing will never change. Our focus on quality, great-tasting burgers that make people’s day. We work hard to create something that stands out from the crowd, we go the extra mile. At Libertine Burger you’ll never hear us say a burger is just a burger. Our burgers are the product of time, love, research, passion and precision. It starts with our signature patty. Made from grass-fed, 28-day dry-aged organic Aberdeenshire beef supplied by Aubrey Allen, our bespoke blend of flank, chuck and brisket is double ground, freshly seasoned then smashed to order on our grill. It doesn’t stop there. We spent months searching for the perfect bun, and the semi-brioche ones we’ve found have just the right flavour to complement those patties, as well as the perfect texture to hold a burger. On top of that (literally) each and every topping we use is not just the best quality out there but has been taste tested and perfected to make sure it’s exactly right for our award-winning burgers. We work hard but we play hard too. We strive to be the best in the business but we have fun while we’re at it, and pride ourselves in laughing together as well as grafting together, supporting each other and working together to make Libertine Burger a place people want to work at as well as eat at.
