Paella and fresh salads

Chicken and chorizo paella Cooked with free range chicken, chorizo, fire roasted red peppers and flavoured with smoked paprika. Vegan paella cooked with char grilled vegetables, chickpeas and flavoured with fresh herbs Quinoa salad with roasted sweet potatoes, carrots, fresh flat leaf parsley and char grilled red onions. Puy Lentil salad with marinated olives, herbs and fire roasted red peppers. All served with mixed leaf’s, vine tomatoes, homemade mango sauce and pickled chillies.
