About Lo Viet
Lo Viet is founded by Tammi during the Lockdown, with the help of her brother and parents. We cater for events, markets and festivals using recipes passed down from Grandma, mum and aunties! We even bake our own bánh mì baguettes - hand rolled, light, airy and golden on the outside. We also offer lesser known authentic Vietnamese dishes that are not normally served in restaurants such as our family hotpot soup noodle & grandma’s slow cooked chicken, with a large selection of vegan dishes as well if requested. We converted our van when Covid hit and made us redundant. It was the perfect opportunity to chase our passion for food since for many years, we could not find an authentic Vietnamese bánh mì baguette that is hand rolled and freshly made. Our goal is also to introduce other dishes that have not yet been introduced in many Vietnamese restaurants in the U.K. We are continuously improving our menus to satiate our passion for authentic and traditional Vietnamese food. We have catered for birthdays, weddings, concerts, public facing events and corporate parties. We can cater for cold food/finger food deliveries, afternoon teas, sit down meals and we can also park up our van to serve from.
