About Load 'o' Waffle
We are a family run business based in Wellington, Somerset. We have a combined experience of over 25 years in catering both here in the UK and in Belgium. One of the owners has had training in a Michelin star restaurant in Belgium. From our beautiful converted horse box we serve fresh Belgian waffles with fresh local ingredients. We serve both sweet and savoury. The chicken waffle is divine. We can cater for any event from 70 to 5000 guests. Our horse box is customisable, we can decorate it to suit your event.
