Chicken box 1/4 chicken marinated for a minimum of 24hrs and cooked to perfection on our custom built bbq/drum, served on a bed of fragrant home made rice n peas and accompanied with a healthy mixed leaf salad and a flavour packed sauce chien. As you can see this chicken box was topped with our homemade honey mustard glaze

Vegan sweet potato and lentil curry, made using the same spices we use in Guadeloupe to make sure you never miss out on the authentic flavours, served on a bed of fragrant rice n peas and accompanied with a healthy mixed leaf salad and a flavour packed sauce chien.

Corn on the cob, cooked to perfection over coal on our custom built drum and topped with a homemade garlic and herb butter for extra flavour.
