Mexican Fried Chicken

Boneless Chicken Tenders marinated in a whole host of Mexican herbs and spices Crispy skin-on fries Lime and coriander slaw Topped with chipotle mayo and choice of hot sauce Garnished with tajin (smokey lime salt)

Our signature tenders served on top of a tortilla and garnished with a choice of either slaw or guacamole and topped with pink onions, coriander and crema. Option to add hot sauce is also available

If Mexico did chicken burgers, this is what it'd look like! Our chicken thighs are marinated overnight to ensure the juiciest bite possible. We then double dredge the thigh and deep fry it until it's shatteringly crispy and serve it in a brioche bun with shredded lettuce, chipotle mayo, american cheese and smokey lime salt. Served with crispy skin-on fries.
