A yummy box of steamy rice, smokey black beans, topped with filling of choice; chipotle chicken, cochinita pibil (marinated slow-cooked pulled pork) or jackfruit barbacoa, pickled pink onions, chipotle mayo and our homemade mango habanero hot sauce! Added extras include: fresh guacamole
