Summer Garden Party
A set up of salad bowls and a mixture of canapes and nibbly bits including -Sicilian caponata -Beets, quinoa, chimichurri, soft herbs and toasted seeds -Isle of Wight tomatoes with Cotswold mozzarella -Prawn cocktail baby gem boats with whipped avocado -Marinated feta with mint and olives -Brixham crab toasts with lime and chilli All of this was requested for a summer house warming party in Ascot
Roast lamb rump served with salsa verde
Blushing lamb rump served as meat option on one of our feasting menus ideal for weddings and large sit down parties. The lamb was accompanied by 3 sharing salads of - seared cauliflower, roast shallot, capers & mustard dressing. Isle of Wight heritage tomato salad with malt vinegar dressing. Courgette, quinoa, lemon & mint salad.

Canapes for a surprise birthday party held in a clients house consisting of -Chicken liver partfait and onion marmalade tarts -Marinated feta, mint and olive skewers -Whipped goats cheese mousse, dried cherry tomatoes on toast -Smoked salmon and pickled cucumber on rye
