Our unit is kitted out with quality industry leading equipment, ensuring we can serve over 1,000 customers per day, consistently without compromising on quality and service. With our queue-busting method, wholesome menu, and sustainable products and packaging, we are a major success at festivals around the country. Our unit also adds a premium atmosphere to the events by catering to the ever-changing demographics of the festivals and meeting high expectations. Our team is dynamic and passionate about serving day and night. We keep our food wastage to a minimum, as we are very good at estimating the portions of food for each day, we are also very clean in our food unit, by cleaning as we go, we keep non recyclable wastage very low. and we only use biodegradable packaging and wooden cutlery. We also cook everything fresh onsite, using fresh ingredients to enable to give restaurant quality satisfaction.
