Michelin trained Chefs who cook Ramen and Japanese street food for fun. Mr Noodle has spent the last 30 years working in top restaurants in London, Tokyo, New Zealand, and Bristol. After spending my career travelling and working around the world I decided to turn my love of cooking, to my favourite food.
