Our slow-cooked beef shin and pork shoulder ragu sandwiched in a delicious handmade sourdough ciabatta with home-made giardiniera pickle, parmesan cheese and organic leaves.
A sandwich that changes with the seasons. We work with our vegetable grower Meadow Harvest to bring you an exciting new vegetarian sandwich each week. Previous favourites have been beetroot, goats cheese and walnut and lentil ragu with agretti.
A jumbo sausage from our meat supplier Intwood Farm is loaded with our classic ragu sauce, giardiniera pickles and parmesan cheese to create this street food monster!
A salad made using potatoes, tomatoes and other seasonal vegetables. Served with a caper and shallot dressing and croutons. Perfect as a vegan and gluten free option.
