Started by husband and wife team Nilesh and Dana, Bombayish brings refined, authentic and inventive home-style Indian street food to our customers. Refined thanks to our high-quality ingredients and thoughtful packaging; authentic because every dish is rooted in ancestral flavours from our founder's home city of - you guessed it - Bombay; and inventive as he takes the street food dishes of this western coastline city, and puts his own twist on it - whether it's a change of flavour, a new idea on how to serve something or just coming up with something completely new to the Indian street food scene.
Born in Bombay, as a child Nilesh loved nothing more than experiencing the delicious tastes and smells from the bustling streets of Bombay while out and about with his family and friends. He's finally taken the plunge and he's doing what he loves!
We love meeting our customers, and take pride in watching them enjoy our food. We have catered at festivals, breweries, pubs, business parks, private parties and many corporate events. Our flavours are unique and genuine - we never take short cuts. We’re all about taste and flavour, and we don’t compromise on either. We take immense pride in our food and service. It means everything to us. All our packaging is sustainable, as this is hugely important to us.
