New York'shire Pizza Co was born, Aug 2020. NYPCo is a mobile wood-fired pizza service that provides delicious pizzas for various events such as wedding receptions, birthday parties, corporate events, and food/music festivals. The owner, Winston Hazel, has a background in music, which is reflected in the vibe and love for social gatherings in the company. They offer a well-selected playlist to create a chilled atmosphere during their events, combining food and music. While they are based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, they offer their services all across England. They provide a range of dietary options including gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, vegan, vegetarian, and halal. Their menu names incorporate Yorkshire slang sayings, adding humor to their offerings. The pizzas are 12-14" with a thin crispy base and flavorful toppings and are cooked to perfection in their large UK-made oven. With their efficient oven, they can cook 4-5 pizzas in just 90 seconds at 450°C, making it easy to serve large quantities quickly. Approx 110 pizzas per hour. The stall setup consists of a 3m x 3m gazebo that is all-weather and multi-configuration, along with a trailer-mounted large pizza oven. For larger events like music festivals, the setup can extend to 10.5m front to back. We focus on customer inclusion, conversation and connection. Food is more than just a full belly!
