Hola! We’re Nina’s, a husband and wife team spreading love with incredible plant based Mexican goodness. It has been a dream of ours to have a food truck for 10 years and last year we finally took the leap, converted a vintage caravan and Nina’s was born (Nina is our dog btw) We are fully plant based, serving authentic tacos, like our super popular Birria, burritos, nachos, all loaded with our homemade mock meats, nacho cheese, sauces and veggies all made by ourselves and all served from our lovingly converted vintage caravan, Margarita, sure to fit in at any event or occasion. We can cater for any kind of events, from music festivals and food festivals to weddings, corporate events, music events and so on. As well as delicious food, our aim is to bring that little extra fun, vibrance and love, wherever we go.
