Lolli waffles are perfect snack like waffle as they are the perfect size. Not too big nor too small. Just right. This Lolli waffle is loaded with delicious caramel sauce , sprinkles and a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar.

This Lolli waffle is inspired by a strawberry shortcake. Drizzled with honey, topped with freshly cut strawberries, a small chocolate drizzle and lotus biscoff biscuits sprinkled over for a slight crunch.
