The team focuses on the ancient craft of Gaucho whilst paying homage to their local produce and the farmers that create it. With a fine-dining background, the team have vast experience of catering for all types of occasions. Fernando even has experience of showcasing Brazilian cuisine at The Brewery, Barbican.
