PIG-CASSO’S is a catering company, which is based in St.Ives, Cambridgeshire. The company aims to cater for a range of events, from corporate parties, to weddings, providing high quality products at affordable prices. Our menu includes a range of exciting food: slow smoked pulled pork, beef brisket, smoked chicken and delicious veggie and vegan options, served on freshly baked artisan brioche buns with shredded lettuce, red onion and pickles. Guests can choose from the following on the day. - 12 hour smoked pulled pork, served in a brioche with lettuce, onions, pickles and bbq sauce. - Smoked chicken and bacon burger served in a brioche with lettuce, onions, pickles, bbq and baconaise. - Onion bhaji burger with coconut and chimichurri dressing, lettuce, onions and pickles served in a toased brioche. (all options served with seasoned skin on fries) Gluted free and vegan options are also available on request. We also offer loaded fries and smash burgers, please contact for more information.
