Guests can choose from the following on the day. - 12 hour smoked pulled pork, served in a brioche with lettuce, onions, pickles and bbq sauce. - Smoked chicken and bacon burger served in a brioche with lettuce, onions, pickles, bbq and baconaise. - Onion bhaji burger with coconut and chimichurri dressing, lettuce, onions and pickles served in a toased brioche.
