About Pimp My Fish
We take great pride in cooking our fish & chips to absolute perfection, to be eaten just as nature intended with salt & vinegar or pimped up with our homemade sauces and sides to give a creative twist to a British classic. Our food is cooked by chefs who have a real passion for what they do and we make all of our own sauces and sides too, including our legendary Saturday night curry sauce. For a modern edge, check out our fish burritos, fish burgers, sausages wrapped in serrano and our awesome veggie and vegan options. How you take it is up to you - classic, modern twist or pimped up! It's all served from our funky trucks and our high powered frying ranges are designed to cater for high volume events so your guests won't have to queue for ages. All of our fish comes from sustainable fish stocks and our potatoes are grown 7 miles from our base. Needless to say all of our packaging is either recyclable or compostable, and we are delighted to have been awarded a surfers against sewage acolade for our environmental practices. Whatever the event, our goal is to exceed your expectations, so whether it's a private or corporate event, festival or wedding, we will do out utmost to provide you with the best food and service we possibly can.

Our Signature Fish and Chips
We serve cod that is sourced responsibly from sustainable fish stocks which we cook until it’s succulent, tender and flaky and the batter is light and crunchy - and always to order. We serve twice cooked chips for an extra crunchy outside and fluffy inside, it's more work but it's worth it!
Del Toro Burrito
A burrito filled with panko cod loin, sriracha mayo, Asian slaw, mango chutney and our Saturday night curry sauce. For a vegetarian option that packs a punch, sub the fish for panko halloumi

B.I.G. Burger
Panko cod, with homemade wasabi tartare, spicy roquitto peppers, iceberg and candied lemon on a toasted brioche. For vegetarian sub the fish for panko halloumi

A Jumbo Newmarket sausage wrapped in serrano and battered, served with a mustard and honey dressing, twice cooked chips and dill pickles
