ORIGIN STORY It began with a chance meeting at a party - a dream was forged. Boldly going where no geek has gone before, we set out on a quest to find the one pizza that rules them all... ​ Starting in the realms of Edinburgh's street food markets, we ventured far and wide, catering for events small or large with a small fleet of ovens bringing our handmade Neapolitan inspired pizzas to the world! ​ After many years on the road we founded our first restaurant at Haymarket in 2018 leading to our second 'The Tardis' on the Leith Shore in 2021, and now a third restaurant on Easter road.
