Pura Vida Tacos

Our story starts long before our trip through Mexico, it starts as childhood friends who developed a passion for entrepreneurship and other cultures and cuisines. We have always had a shared love of food and family, and were drawn to the colorful, fresh ingredients used in Mexican cuisine as well as the unity that surrounds it. For 6 months, we followed our tastebuds through the west of Mexico, learning authentic cooking techniques from locals, sharing stories with tins of beer in hand, and soaking up the laid-back lifestyle - with a bit of partying and surfing in between! Our love for this country and the people in it grew as we made lifelong memories through the art of food. And so, we ventured back to England with a wealth of cooking knowledge, an excitement to bring the ‘Pura Vida’ lifestyle into everyday life, and an extra few kilos round our waists! With our renovated truck, we are aiming to intertwine the English familiarity with the unique flavors and mentality we picked up in Mexico. Thank you for supporting us!
