Sauls of Spratton Ltd is a family run business that was first established in 1926. Today our business comprises of a traditional butcher shop, a food production facility where we produce all our own produce and 8 outdoor food and drink outlets. We have two airstream food trucks, one specialises in traditional hog roast and brisket, the other beautiful steak and fries. All of the produce served on these vans come from our own butchers. Our other four units are specialist coffee vans. We sell only organic barrista coffee with beans bought direct from a Brazilian coffee plantation. All our outlets are designed to not only look great but be able to deal with high output requirements whilst maintaining very good quality food and drink. We’ve been lucky enough to trade at some amazing events including Chelsea flower show, RHS Hampton crt, twickenham stadium, silverstone, the oval, lords and countless many more. Our base is in Northampton where we’ve catered for Northampton saints for the past 25 years. Thank you for taking the time to look at our business.
