We are Say Cheese - we make the ooziest, gooey-est, vegan mac and cheese, stacked with a variety of tasty toppings, served from a bright and cheerful stall, that will lighten your day and make you smile. We started our food business in January 2023, we are avid festival-goers and proud (vegan) foodies and we were looking for a way to make festivals and events part of our lives whilst also promoting amazing vegan food. We wanted something filling, easy to eat on the go, comforting and surprising to the non-vegan community. Our mac and cheese does not mess about. Each pot is filled deep with our perfectly cooked mac, stirred through with our tastiest, melty cheese sauce with a perfect blend of spices. Then stacked high with a range of toppings and sauces to add texture and depth of flavour. You will leave satisfied yet desperate for more. As vegans and avid festivalgoers ourselves, we know what we want and need at an event and have created a stall and dishes to match this. Our breakfast mac with sausage, hash and beans to kick that hangover to the kerb and our mac with greens and seeds when you need that health hit to get you through one last night of dancing. Rest assured our mac isn't just for the vegans; children love our cheesy pasta and we have turned many a sceptic in our time. The best stalls take one concept and perfect it; we have done this. They put customer interactions first; we train our staff to be friendly, approachable, to ensure each customer leaves valued and a friend of the stall. The best food is affordable, easily edible on the go and, of course, delicious; we tick all these boxes. Our team offer the BEST customer service and all love events and festivals. We love our job and have fun doing it, therefore share that energy with our customers who we get to know on a name basis which brings them back again and again. Friendly, professional, desirable!
