Their burgers & hot dogs are top of the range, hand-made by the team in Fife, and guaranteed to contain the best Wild Game they can get their claws on. All the burgers & hot dogs are hand-made with Wild Venison and Pheasant that they source through their own family business. Added natural ingredients include pinhead oats, yellow peppers, simple seasonings and a few secret additions, all mixed in with a hefty sprinkling of foodie passion. It’s what makes their burgers & dogs worth screaming about! All of the amazing food is served by our delightful Peacock Team from our vibrant blue food trailers and our fully branded gazebo units that are guaranteed to stand out anywhere. Depending on which set up you choose, they can serve up to 250 portions per hour so your guests won’t spend the whole time queuing.
