We are a syndicate of Glasgow based mixologists & bartenders with one common goal; to provide an entertaining and stress free service that wows guests with uniquely elegant & delicious cocktails. Our range of handcrafted mobile bars provide a number of options to suit a variety of event themes. Our range includes a number of small fold out bars (ideal for house parties), hand-built wooden bars (with customisable front sections) as well as our converted vintage horsebox trailer (The Bucking Fizz). Combined with our charismatic team of experienced hospitality professionals, we believe our service offers customers a truly unique mobile bar experience from booking to completion.

The much loved espresso martini served foamy and with a lick of Frangelico Hazelnut liqueur. Immensely popular and moreish.
Our team love being given a brief and smashing it out the park. Below is one of our bespoke creations for a COP- 26 event last November; tasked with the challenge of creating a cocktail which celebrates both sustainability and scottish produce as part of the summit we came up with the above serve. Using several sustainable ingredients which celebrated local Scottish produce we created the Spirit of Botany serve which left political figures from Venezuela, The U.S, Canada and more with a thirst for more!
Fast becoming a staple of almost all cocktail menus our Passionfruit martini is served short, foamy and perfectly chilled. A beautiful balance of sweet vanilla, sharp citrus and tangy Passionfruit flavours.
