At Sicily StrEATS we pride ourselves on using fresh ingredients to create exciting and indulgent arancini. From our rustic converted HorseBox, our Arancini is cooked fresh to order, creating a crispy golden coating. We are a modern take on a staple of Sicilian cuisine. Based on tradition, with our own unique flavours we have created a tantalizing, inclusive menu that meets demand for vegetarian and vegan consumers. Following years in an office environment, my lunch-hour escapes to various street food markets across central London were the highlight of my days. The buzz and passion in the markets is infectious, this inspired me further to start my own street food business. In June of 2021 I finally made the big career jump, I bought a horsebox and converted it into my new workspace and began selling Arancini, the best Arancini I had ever tasted. Our arancini is made fresh to order. This creates a golden, crispy coating which once broken reveals an oozing risotto filling, bursting with fresh flavours. Dependent on which size you choose, cheese heaven awaits with our large burrata stuffed options. Our arancini is the perfect premium party food. They go down so well with a glass of wine or a beer. Fried, finger food but with a premium, luxury and cultured twist.
