Korean fried chicken, lime & sesame with pickled vegetables
Lightly spiced and marinaded in buttermilk. Fried until crispy batter then covered in our homemade Korean sauce and topped with a pickled vegetable garnish. This street food dish is very popular at our events

Locally sourced and made to order hot dawgs using my local butcher. Our hot dawgs work well in a french style brioche baguette and can be served with various toppings from BBQ pulled pork and crispy onions to a spiced shredded beef and sriracha mayo or why not go with our classic hot dawg topped with mustard and ketchup
