About Surya's Rasooi
All my recipes are created by the most inspirational man in my life, my late Father. His love and passion for food has inspired me to create Surya's Rasooi (Surya is my dads nick name - Rasooi means kitchen) Catering for events, Private dining, Chef services is what we can do for you. Air fried healthy tasty food - choice of Chicken, Lamb or Paneer served on a bed of fragrant Indian rice with lashing of Garlic and Chilli sauce bring the whole dish together leaving you for wanting more. Chicken Briyani, Surya's Original Curry and Matar Pastries, Paneer dishes, Varity of starters and more are all apart of my portfolio. Surya's Special Air Fried Chicken and Rice
Air fried succulent chicken pieces marinated in Surya's secret sauces and spices giving it a tasty Indo Chinese flavour, served on a bed of fragrant Indian rice, salad, and lashings of sauces (garlic and hot chilli make the dish). Traditionally served hot.
