Our delicious BBQ's are slowly cooked to really retain the tenderness and flavour of the meat. They are marinated then served in a brioche bun. Our main focus is on the quality of our food!
Freshly made Pizzas
Our secret tomato sauce recipe really makes our pizzas stand in a league of their own. We can either do this with a gazebo set up or with one of our converted horse boxes.
Hog Roasts
Our stunning hog roasts are slow cooked over 8 hours or more basted in a succulent apple juice and cider. The gravy is then made up with the apple juice and cider mixed with a slight hint of BBQ. The end result is a beautiful pork bap, with stuffing, gravy and apple sauce served in a brioche bun
