About Tacoman
Tacoman is a converted 1970 Citroën HY van selling LA style tacos. It is run and owned by Nick Armitage who has 30+ years experience in hospitality. We chose tacos because they pretty much define what ‘street food’ is - fast, tasty, fun & inexpensive. And we use soft corn tacos so our food is gluten free! We work on most kinds events, corporate, private, public pitches, weddings, divorces etc & the truck has a modern engine and a generator, so can go anywhere! We take great pride in getting to know our customers with conversations, site visits and menu tastings if needed before we agree to any work. We want our guests to put their confidence in us. We let the guest decide how, when and where - then we show up and make it happen.

Quesabirria taco
This taco is filled with ‘birria-style’ cooked beef, melted cheese, salsa roja and pico de gallo. It served with a cup of the spicy jus that the beef is slow cooked in - for dipping & drinking.

Cauliflower taco
This taco is served in our soft shell taco and is made of fried cauliflower, pico de gallo, guacamole, quick-pickled red onion and vegan chipotle mayonnaise. With a slice of fresh lime & coriander.

Shrimp taco
Seared spiced shrimp, Mexican slaw, lime crema, avocado, quick pickled red onion, pico de gallo, smokey black salsa, coriander

Lamb barbacao
