About That Ziki

That Ziki, a Greek street food business that wants you to Get Your Greek On! We are two brothers who were sick of corporate life, quit our jobs, and bought a food truck in 2021. We started trading in January 2022 and have never looked back. We have grown the business exponentially with permanent sites in Manchester, Leeds, and more to come in July of this year. Our favourite aspect of the business is definitely our big blue food truck, its where it all started and holds a special place in our hearts. We have catered for multiple weddings, private events, festivals and many corporate events. Working with huge companies like Deloitte, Puma and In The Style.

Gyros (Chicken, pork)

Prepared fresh in front of you, our iconic Greek Gyros. All our meats are marinated for 24 hours using a secret blend of herbs and spices. We smother a toasted Greek pita bread with your choice of sauce and fresh salad. Topped with skin on oregano fries and you are in Greek heaven.

Veggie gyros

Hand cut authentic Cypriot Halloumi, grilled, and then slapped on a toasted Greek pita. Choose your sauce, we recommend the House sauce for that salty and sweet combo. Served with fresh lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and oregano fries.

Vegan Gyros

Greek-style Vegan kebab meat. Served on a toasted pita bread with your choice of fresh salad, our vegan sriracha mayo, and oregano fries. Plant-based paradise

Feta fries

Oregano fries, greek de gallo (chopped tomatoes and onion) topped with Greek crumbly feta and your choice of sauce. We recommend the sweet and creamy house sauce to mix with the salty feta and make your dreams come true

Deep Fried Pita breads

Deep fried heaven. Fried pita bread smothered in nutella, oreo pieces and white choc sauce. Or Biscoff, biscoff crumb and white choc sauce

A greek pita bread, ketchup or brown sauce, and your choice of smoked bacon or Greek sausage. All are served with hashbrowns and free-range scrambled eggs. We offer smashed avocado and halloumi for a veggie option
