The Grubstreet Cellars
The Grubstreet Cellars is made of three distinct and very different rooms: the Sample Room, the Pasteur Room, and the Cutting Room. The rooms are perfect for small presentations/conferences, drinks reception, dinners, parties, screening, VIP areas. Once a space for experimenting with the latest alcoholic creations, The Sample Room has evolved into an atmospheric blend of contemporary design and raw materials, with luxurious fittings that make it ideal for cocktail receptions and networking events. When paired with The Pasteur Room, it also provides an excellent breakout space for small exhibition stands. Named after the legendary chemist Louis Pasteur, who visited The Brewery in 1871 to improve beer fermentation, The Pasteur Room playfully contrasts traditional period features with raw industrial elements, offering a versatile reception area for larger standing events. Additionally, The Cutting Room, once an ornate vintage cinema where workers gathered for weekly film screenings, has been restored with fixed seating for 48 guests and a 98-inch screen, making it a unique venue for product launches, conferences, and company presentations that are sure to stand out on any event calendar.
