The Caravan of Courage

It’s all in the name. The Caravan of Courage create courageous, feel-good vegetarian & vegan food from their awesome 80's caravan, available for events of all shapes and sizes. These root-loving guys started in 2018 and had a brilliant year serving their food from their caravan at events in Edinburgh including Underbelly at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. They’ve also catered events at Summerhall and Meadows Festival, so they’ve got a whole load of great experience serving their plant-based food at events to hungry crowds. All of their produce is homemade and mainly plant-based, though they offer vegetarian options too. They can serve around 70 portions an hour from their truck and everything is cooked to order in front of your guests - you won’t need to book entertainment with the theatre these guys bring! They can serve delicious falafel flatbread, as well as plant-based burgers which are just as good as the real deal - trust us!
