👋  Hello! We're Luke and Alex, the founders of The Cheese Connection. Our passion for small-batch cheeses and supporting local cheesemakers led us to create a business that serves the finest, award-winning cheeses from South-West England.

Our hot cheese dishes, including Raclette, Toasties, Croque Monsieur, Tartiflette, Mac and Cheese, Feta Salads, Cheese Platters, and anything else cheese-based, are all made with outstanding artisan cheeses. We also offer veggie and vegan options upon request, using fresh and locally sourced vegetables.

To complement our dishes, we make our own fermented sauces and pickles in-house using seasonal fruits and vegetables. Our pink pickled onions, fiery hot chili sauce, and funky beetroot sauce are always a hit!

Our truck's unique layout; a platform which cascades from the rear complete with ship rope handrails and real oak finishings inside, resembles an alpine cabin to create the perfect ambiance. 

We can also supply the cheese course for your event, as well as offering cheese talks, degustations and cheese celebration cakes. (additional fees apply, please enquire) 

If you need music, our truck comes with a guest-facing sound system, and we can either play your curated playlists or create one for you.

Creamy and Dreamy melted Ogleshield, a Raclette-style cheese from Somerset, grilled and served over smashed new potatoes with a selection of house pickles and fermented sauces. Can be served with extra cheeses for something truly special 

West-Country Raclette 

A selection of cheeses from our award-winning cheese selection, served with crackers or bread and a selection of house pickles and fermented sauces. 

Cheese Platter 

A blend of our artisan cheeses from our selection, cooked under iron press and served with a selection of house pickles and fermented sauces.
