The Chicken Strip

Betty the Bedford came to life this year, after being lovingly converted from a 1970's campervan to a fully fledged food truck. Betty now travels (albeit it slowly) across the south east covering Essex, London and surrounding areas to cater for a wide range of events. So far we have catered for charity days, classic car shows, private functions and weekly markets. We will also be appearing at various food festivals next year. We are a family run business who pride ourselves on great customer service and fantastic freshly cooked food. Our chicken is all hand prepared, marinaded and dusted in our signature coating and then cooked to order. Our menu is simple but tasty, offering a wrap, burger, strip dog or our signature chicken strips. You won't be left hungry.
