We bring you 20inch New York style pizza the huge slice. We make all our New York pizza sourdough on a 48hr ferment. We serve the signature classics; margherita and pepperoni, but our star is The Dough Job slice - paprika pepperoni, chorizo crumble, sweety drop peppers & hot honey - bit spicy this one! We more than welcome your choice of toppings too, just let us know. Our set up is a Citroen HY replica trailer, our pride and joy and one that looks great for your photos! Offering pizza by the huge slice allows for your guests to grab a slice on the go, eliminating the long queues, meaning most importantly they don’t miss any of the celebrations!
