About The Fat Flamingo
Hey I'm fin and I run The Fat Flamingo! We essentialy provide street good catering to all manner of events from weddings to music festivals. There's a few set ups we have but we mainly run events out of our smashing looking horsebox. We tend to lean to South American and classic Americana dishes but are very open to do whatever takes your fancy!. We also provide a strong dietary restrictions menu from our gluten free tacos to our vegan loaded nachos we've got something for everyone. Were based in Edinburgh Scotland but love to travel around and visit different event spaces!

Taco trio!
A mix of our adobo brisket, mojo pulled pork, and sweet potato chilli all done birra style with melted cheese stuffed into tacos and grilled. Served with peach and chipotle salsa , lime sour cream , chilli's and spices!
Classic burger
Our take on the classic double cheeseburger with 2x3oz beef patty's, American cheese , smoked streaky bacon, buttery onions pickles and fat flamingo mayo!
Wild boar hotdogs
Our classic Take on hotdogs, we use wild boar hotdogs for our dogs! This one is with frenchies mustard,ketchup buttered onions and crispy shallots!
Chicken tenders
Southern fried chicken tenders with Alabama mayo, chimichuri and chilli's! These are gluten free too!
Sweet potato chilli nachos!
Sweet potato and blackbean chilli with vegan cheese sauce, jalapeños , peach and chipotle salsa all loaded ontop of nachos!
