Cod, Haddock or Plaice? maybe Cod Roe, Scampi or homemade Fishcake or Fish Fingers (jumbo). Sausage, Burgers, Chicken? What about Curry Sauce, Mushy Peas, Gravy, Pickles....... the choice can go on, having the backing of a busy shop, next day suppliers and lots of stock on allocation with suppliers we don't struggle getting the stock through.
