The ‘SO41’ Way Set up in 2019 SO41 Catering is the brain child of Matt & Lisa Doe and is named after the postcode that we have grown up and lived in for the past 30 plus years. Matt's passion is food, with 20 years experience working across many aspects of the industry the highlights being cooking for the royal family at Chelsea Flower Show Lisa's passion is service, with 12 years experience running hotel reception and working at events before having children she is the smiling face that makes your event seamless Our Mission ‘To cook and serve locally sourced banging food treated with respect, doing it the ‘SO41’ way with a smile on our face and letting our creativity shine’ Our Vision ‘Our vision is to see happy, smiling and full faces looking back at us’ Our Brand We are SO41 Catering, an event catering company with a difference … SO41 catering was created in May 2019 by husband and wife Matt & Lisa Doe with the mission of bringing banging street food to the New Forest from their little black food truck !! We believe in keeping it simple, using the best local produce we can get our hands on, treating it with respect, making as much as we can from scratch because that way we can control the process. That way we know that we are being true to ourselves every step of the way and that the flavours are going to shine through to the end product.
