The Flavour Trailer Supper Club is here to give you all of their flavour in an intimate setting. They cook whilst you relax and serve whilst you enjoy the food. Whether it be smaller or larger groups they work with you to create a bespoke menu to reflect the atmosphere you want. The team can do 5-course fine dining or keep it casual with a sharing buffet style - it's your call. Their menus can be customised to suit dietary requirements so there's no need to worry about fussy eaters. They work hard to make every plate of food delicious! They also know the perfect dish doesn’t just need the perfect wine pairing but it also needs the perfect aperitif. That's why they give you the option of a beautiful cocktail to whet your appetite. The Flavour Trailer Supper Club is owned and run by Mario and Charley, who have a combined experience in the food industry of over 12 years. Their career in food began together in the Alps working in luxury chalets, from then they have gone to work as chefs in top London restaurants and private households across Europe. They are now sharing their knowledge, love and passion of food to hungry mouths across the country. They have had mentions in the Chronicle and Echo, as well as doing a supper club on The Boathouse London, so we can assure you that you and your guests will be in good hands.
