The German/British Sausage Stall

The German Sausage was founded in 2016 after a successful trial run at Winter-Wonderland. All products are sourced direct from Germany ( Black Forest) we work very closely with a local family run butcher who ensures quality of ingredients is to the highest. We have a range of sausages which include the traditional Bratwurst, Kase-Wurst, Krakauer and we have now introduced to the market our famous Vegan Bratwurst. All our sausages are served in a freshly baked brioche roll with caramelised onions, sauerkraut, pickles and an array of German sauces. We have also had the success of creating our Loaded Fries menu which is a great addition to our Sausages. We have various set-ups ranging from a street food market stall all the way to our custom 1972 Vintage Citroen Van which is always a head turner at any event. No event is to big or small for our team with over 25 years experience combined the team are professional, friendly and understand how important each event is for the consumer. These guys are available for all sorts of different events so make sure you lock them in for one of yours, it couldn’t be easier!
