The Ginistry serve unique Gin & Tonics from Mathis, from their lovingly restored Citroen H Van. They combine hand distilled gins from craft distilleries with premium flavoured tonics and then enhance them by adding fresh spices, herbs and fruits to create drinks that are a world away from the standard G&T!

They feature gins from the closest distilleries to each event and their fresh produce is always sourced from local independent suppliers. This enables them to produce a unique menu for each event that encompasses regional and seasonal produce. They even make their own mulled Gin in the winter!

They believe that they can even convert non-gin drinkers with our drinks...and the non-drinkers shouldn't worry...they can make some great mocktails if needed!
