I’m Suze, owner of The Lilly Mills Drinkery, a premier mobile Horsebox bar based in Surrey. With a passion for fun and socializing, I dreamed of creating a vintage bar experience. Together with my husband Simon, we bring our stunning bar, “Lilly,” to add charm and character to private and public events across the South East. Lilly is a one-of-a-kind, beautifully transformed 1970s Rice Beaufort horsebox, often described by customers and fellow suppliers as the best Horsebox bar they’ve ever seen. She can be perfectly positioned at your venue, providing an Instagram-worthy backdrop for any occasion. We offer an impressive selection of draught beer, ale, cider, and celebration bubbles, alongside a fabulous range of premium branded spirits, a gin-ventory filled with delights, and an array of cocktails, mocktails, and soft drinks—ensuring no guest goes thirsty! As a WSET-qualified mixologist, I love sharing recommendations and helping guests discover their new favourite tipple. Lilly is ideal for various events, including weddings, birthdays, corporate team-building, VIP areas, product launches, film wrap parties, pop-up restaurant events, festivals, Christmas markets, and community gatherings. We style and decorate Lilly to complement your theme and vision. The bar is named after my beloved grandmother, Lilly Mills, a strong, independent woman with an entrepreneurial spirit. Though she’s no longer with us, she holds a special place in our hearts and is always represented at the bar (sometimes near the beers, sometimes near the cocktails!). She loved a good party too!
