About The Peppered Pig
The Peppered Pig are a mobile catering trailer serving gourmet burgers are made with 6oz patties that are handmade at our local butchers. In their range of food, they have a choice of steak, steak & chilli, lamb & mint, chicken & lime and pork & apple. These are all served in a brioche bun with lettuce, tomato and red onion, along with a choice of mature cheddar or Mexican chilli cheese and finished off with half a gherkin on a wooden bamboo skewer through the middle. If you already have too many burger trailers or are just looking for something else, their unit can change into a peri-peri chicken or hog roast trailer! They also have hot dogs, French fries, cheesy chips, corn on the cob, coleslaw, cold drinks and tea & coffee on their menu. You can book them for your event right here!

Gourmet Burger
6oz butcher handmade steak or lamb & mint patty served in a toasted brioche bun with mature cheddar, lettuce, tomato and red onion. Finished with either a half gherkin or sprig of mint on a bamboo skewer through the middle
Peri-Peri Chicken Fillet Burger
Hog Roast Rolls - Slowly cooked joints of pork thinly sliced and layered on a toasted gourmet white bun with stuffing and apple sauce. Don't forget the crackling!
Mushroom & Halloumi Burger
Grilled mushroom with garlic and a slice of grilled halloumi served on a bed of lettuce, tomato and red onion in a toasted brioche bun
