The Shellfish Pig is an award-winning street food business hailing from the culinary mecca that is Cornwall. These guys serve up mouth-watering pork and seafood-based dishes and operate out of an awesome looking black van that's a stunning centrepiece at any event! Their lovingly designed menus are inspired by sustainable Cornish seafood, Cornish Pork from The Primrose Herd and seasonal, locally sourced produce, some of which they grow in their very own allotments. These guys are also 100% plastic free and their menu is always changing but a few of their most popular and tasty seafood includes their Killer Crab Sandwich and Spicy Crab Tacos, yum! Fresh white Cornish crab with mixed peppers, roasted jalapenos, mint and lime. Served on soft corn tortillas with a radish, cherry tomato and chilli salsa, sour cream and a side of amazingly tasty guacamole
Fresh Cornish Mussels
With spicy Thai, Bloody Mary or chorizo and red wine sauces. Plenty of baker Tom's bread required!
